Exhibitor's agenda

Take these dates, which will facilitate your participation in Colombiatex de las Americas, into account:

September 21st: First payment of 25% and reserve the stand that you occupied in the last edition.
October 15th: Dead line to send over list of potential national and international buyers to extend them an invitation from Inexmoda.
October 21st: Dead line for the second payment of 25% and appearing in the Exhibitors guide and in the publicity for the event.
October 19th to December 11th: Stage 1 of the online registration for visitors and buyers: ID Card costs COP 80,000 (USD 44).
November 23rd: Third payment of 25%.
December 4th: Dead line for sending exhibitor’s novelties, to include in the webpage and fair newspaper.
December 12th to January 15th: Stage 2 of online registration for visitors and buyers: ID Card costs COP 120.000 (USD 65).
January 4th: Dead line for the payment of the remaining 25%.
January 24th and 25th: Put-up of fair – 9:00a.m. to 12:00 of the night.
26th, 27th, and January 28th: Colombiatex de las Americas –exhibitors schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Registration for visitors and buyers: ID Card costs COP 160.000 (USD 87).
January 28th (after 8:30 p.m.): product dismounting
January 29th: stand dismounting – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
