January 2012. SENA students from Casanare and Medellín are producing a new fiber made of the fruit of the Bototo tree which they have discovered has the same characteristic of cotton.
This product means a new way to create fashion.
The fabric they have produced mix 50% of the fiber found in the Bototo tree and 50% American cotton.
