Afin - Trains, advices and generates knowledge

Fulfilling its mission as an enabler of entrepreneurial processes which will add greater value to the products and services included in the fiber-textile-manufacturing-distribution chain of production, INEXMODA continues carrying out its biannual program of Updating, Training and Research – AFIN-.

The goal of this program is to share and extend the competitive knowledge of its experts, in priority areas of design, development and marketing of textile products.

Throughout the five years it has been offering the annual program, INEXMODA has trained over 7.383 persons in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Barrancabermeja, Pereira, Ibagué, Quito (Ecuador), Otavalo (Ecuador), Guayaquil (Ecuador), Costa Rica and Nicaragua. We have also done this through an agreement with Eafit University, offering the Management of Textile Production diploma course with them.  In 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 we have also done this through the Knowledge Pavilion held at our Colombiatex de las Américas and Colombiamoda trade fairs, which have been attended by 49.665 people.

At INEXMODA we want to continue our task of training the sector because we are convinced that this is an element which helps us to differentiate and position ourselves as a fashion producing country in the eyes of the world.
